		<description>I think it would be simpler if we only switched once to total UTC as opposed to incremental as you propose.  It would be just as much a labor to reorient the numbers one time as it would be a second time.

The UN would have to spearhead this transition and it&#039;s not so high on their priority list.  Where might I find other resources exploring this issue?  Are there any websites dedicated to this concern?  Perhaps a grassroots movement is in order...</description>
